At 24 Pizzarella, we take food allergies and intolerances seriously.

Allergen information is displayed alongside each menu item on our website and is also provided with the order where applicable.

   1. BEFORE ORDERING

Customers with a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement should carefully review the allergen information displayed with each menu item before ordering.

Customers can use the order-notes box to tell us about an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement. Please provide clear information and ensure that the telephone number entered with the order is correct.

We may contact the customer if we need more information before preparing the order. If we cannot contact the customer, obtain the information required or prepare an item safely, we may cancel the affected item and provide an appropriate refund.

   2. CROSS-CONTAMINATION

Our food is prepared in a kitchen where multiple allergens are stored and handled.

Although we follow food hygiene procedures and take reasonable precautions, shared preparation areas, equipment and ingredients mean that we cannot guarantee any product will be completely free from traces of allergens.

   3. MENU AND INGREDIENT INFORMATION

Customers should review the allergen information provided for each menu item before ordering.

Ingredients and supplier products may occasionally change. If an ingredient becomes unavailable, we will not make a significant substitution that could affect allergen information without contacting the customer and obtaining their agreement.

   4. VEGAN AND DIETARY DESCRIPTIONS

Items described as “vegan” are made using ingredients intended to be suitable for a vegan diet. However, they are prepared in a kitchen where animal products and allergens are also handled.

“Vegan,” “vegetarian” or similar dietary descriptions do not mean that an item is allergen-free.

   5. CUSTOMISED ORDERS

Removing an ingredient from an item does not necessarily remove the risk of traces or cross-contamination.
